Provides proactive overall administration and technical direction to single or multiple projects. Maintains liaison with prime client contacts. Establishes project objectives and policies; enforces company and project policies. Monitors construction and financial activities to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors. Ensures that Princeton’s corporate values are known and are in practice.

Superintendent

To provide on-site coordination for all phases of construction projects, including coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being strictly followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control, and job site safety.

You will be responsible for general maintenance and repair duties including maintenance for both Residential and Commercial properties, identifying the need for repairs, responding to clients’ maintenance requests, and daily/weekly/monthly property maintenance inspections.

The Laborer will be responsible for operating and maintaining various tools and equipment, load and unload materials, pick up and make deliveries to jobsites and follow directions from supervisors. To do well in this role you should be physically fit, reliable, and be a hard worker.
